Denita Woods is trash. My insurance kept going up for no reason. She’s a liar and kept giving me bs. I turned in everything she asked for and it still wasn’t good enough. They have the whole accident report which clearly stated it wasn’t my fault.. and I had insurance at the time. She’s horrible and I don’t play with anyone about my hard earned money. I would recommend doing business with them at all

I have tried to call in twice today to get a quote and both times the woman that answered the phone immediately stated her name and put me on hold so fast I couldn't understand what she said. I was on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. If this is the response when trying to get a quote how will the treat you when you need to file a claim? I'm not sure I will do business with them.
