I just moved from Colorado and my fiance uses this agency so she recommended them to me. So, I drove over, the door was locked and they had to open it and I did not feel welcomed in at all. I told them I needed auto insurance and the lady I spoke with sounded like a Mina bird. She kept repeating "wait times are 15 to 30 days for approval". I kept indicating I understood fully and I wanted to sit down and go over policy options and she would not even let me get that far. She kept repeating how hard it is to get policies pushed through.
