If you’re looking for car insurance go some where els this company not only overcharged me for car insurance but upon canceling in person failed to tell me there was a cancellation fee. After a few months national general reached out to explain they have sent this to collections. I explained no one told me about this fee and they told me abc express should have told me when I cancelled. I went to farm bureau and my monthly went from 800$ to 200$ a month with them. Highly recommend farm B.

Was on hold for over 28 minutes, then when I went into the office the lady was very rude and smug. I believe in supporting our local business, but this insurance company needs training in business practices and not being a daycare. Treat your customer with respect and learn to multitask; don't make excuses for your short comings.
