They have a wonderful reputation, and their 25+ years of experience shows through their professionalism and ability to take care of their customers. When we purchased our new home we had called several insurance companies. Abbey Insurance had stood out with their level of professionalism and knowledge. They took their time to go over coverages making sure we had the right plan and saved us money overall. Erin and Carrie went a step further when we had to file a claim. They followed up to make sure everything was being handled in a timely matter. They made us feel like a part of the family! I would highly recommend Abbey Insuance to anyone.

They will not get back to their customers.. they do not do their jobs. They blame not having things done on their clients, when they say they WILL take care of everything. Completely unprofessional. Extremely rude and think they can talk to you with complete disrespect. I would not recommend. And if you are working with them because they didn't take your money and screw you.
