AB INSURANCE GROUP

I have to share my experience with them to hopefully help others. Recently i obtained business insurance with them, but had to cancel it since i found a better rate somewhere else. Lorena the person in charge of my account was very unprofessional sharing with me how i was wasting her time after i only stayed with them for about a month. I shared with her that i found a better rate and it's obvious that in this economy we all want to save money where we can. The first day i stopped by the office I was asked to wait for someone and waited for about 20 minutes until someone came out and asked me to leave my number. They never called so i had to reach out to them the next day. They really need to work on their customer service. I am currently working with Angie's insurance and am very pleased

The owners are horrible especially the owners wife. SHE IS CRAZYYYY!!! She makes people feel less then her and screams at peoples faces! She has a disgusting personality.

El peor servicio el día de hoy se acercó mi esposo a comprar un seguro urgente para nuestro vehículo, una chica le tomo los datos para comunicarse más tarde , llamada que nunca llegó , luego insistimos nuevamente y se llamo de nuevo para la cotización del seguro otra vez que llamaban más tarde , hasta el momento nadie se comunicó con nosotros y nunca tuvimos respuesta por ellos , no los recomiendo para nada .
