If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I looked at these reviews ahead of time. The reviews don't lie. They are very unprofessional and correct....... NO ONE EVER answers the phone. They tried to charge me for insurance after paying almost $351 then again $164. I had tried to email them a month in advance my policy change and they assured me I WOULD not be charge anything. If anything I would be reimbursed. (Not the case) I tried to call and after the 6th time someone answered and I won't mention any names but she was so rude to me, talked over me. I also never post negative reviews but this deserves it. WORST INS COMPANY EVER!!! I will tell everyone NEVER to go there!!!!

I got my car insurance from AAW Insurance and had a great experience. The staff were very nice, respectful, and professional. Everything was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

The worste rude car inssurance I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional, never picks up the phone, rarely responding to emails and they get the highest percentage from the client!!! I don't recommend this agency at all!!

Fantastic customer service. Wendy Deleon is amazing! I highly recommend her as she was very efficient, quick and very helpful. This was my first time having a car policy and she made it very easy for me after stressing so much.
