Other reviewer doesn't seem to understand that the agents don't have control over policy prices. I've been with Am Fam for about 4 years now and they've been fantastic. My driving record is a bit shaky, but they were more than accomodating to me and helped me make it work. Aaron is a really nice guy, and he's open and honest about everything going on with the company. Highly recommend!

Disappointed after a 3yr relationship American Family Insurance used a partial payment (Hard Times, Im disabled) and 3 day late of the other part to increase my premium, then I was offered to switch to either Geico or Progressive, so I did and now I have a better rate, and hopefully with a company that is not going to penalize, or offer to go elsewhere because of the mentioned above, oh specially on the weekend when payments dont come affective till the next business day. Thanks America Family Insurance for making me feel Like I was not worth keeping, accompanied with the feeling of being taken advantage of, like its not enough with the disability. No pitty party but the reality of people in my condition.

Very helpful and followed up on a tow claim that was denied, when it showed have been covered, without me even asking.
