After being loyal customers for 11 years with zero claims with our current insurance carrier, we were shocked when our premium suddenly increased dramatically. I reached out to Kim M. for quotes on both our home and auto policies, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She provided clear, apples-to-apples comparisons, and was incredibly thorough, proficient, efficient, and professional. Even though Allstate ultimately came in with a lower price, we chose to switch to a different company, a decision had absolutely nothing to do with Kim.
