AAA Yorktown Heights

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at the Yorktown AAA office today ! I made a mistake by placing a renewal registration sticker onto the wrong vehicle and ended up needing two new stickers — and Monica came to the rescue. Monica was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. She immediately understood the situation, walked me through what needed to be done, and handled everything quickly and professionally. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and pleasant visit thanks to her help. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but Monica truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend the Yorktown AAA office — especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Monica

Second time here for DMV services and had an amazing experience both times....so much better than going to the actual DMV. The friendliest, nicest, most helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is so helpful and so kind. I made an appointment to change my license so I didn’t have to go to dmv. I was in and taken care of quickly and they happily answered my questions. Awesome place
