AAA Wadsworth

WORST company. I placed a call for roadside assistance at 2pm. It is 930 pm and they have not come and there still is no driver assigned. This company wants to TAKE YOUR MONEY and not provide any services. Customer service told me since it might be snowing in Astubula it might cause delays in the Akron - canton area. It is Not snowing here and they are no winter travel advisories in summit, Medina or Stark counties.

Our experience with AAA has been great for many years. We recently started using the escorted tours and the travel planning service. Tammy at the Wadsworth branch has been wonderful. Her knowledge and upbeat attitude is great. Thanks Tammy for all your excellent help!

AAA offices are a victim of information only on line. Just like newspapers. Printed material is not available. Maps, travel guides, brochures are not in the offices anymore. Getting this material on line is not as easy as it seems. Lack of travel agents means less in person assistance. Seems to be the way things are going.

We stopped in just 15 minutes before the posted Office closing time. However the Lady who greeted us took the time to answer our questions and provide us with all of the printed trip material we needed.. We have been AAA members for 31 years and like all of the services offered. John and Gloria Kuhar

Stephanie was very pleasant, but the product was not quite what I wanted Going to stop by and see if they will fix it. Follow-up to this review: I went back for the fixes. Stephanie was super nice and patient. Highly satisfied!
