Drivers name was M. Volta!! Was a GREAT GUY! I hope I get him EVERY time. Professional, courteous, funny, etc... Just great all around!! He epitomizes what this company is and can be. Genuinely likes helping people, and making their tough day better!! I wish him and his family nothing but the best!!!

I give AAA credit for low premiums. They have, however, been terrible once a claim is made. We've been hit twice by tornadoes living in Oklahoma and both times they've finagled a way out of living up to their end of the deal. Our agent, John Onorato, helped in working with AAA and followed up adequately to successfully to get this issue resolved.

Choose an agent wisely. When deciding on Onarato, we were more concerned with saving money than anything. This agent left us high and dry with our simple home claim. He chose to flaunt his "state ranking" and stature rather than looking into our requests about the claims adjuster's actions. What should have been resolved in 3 months took almost 9 months with absolutely no help from our agent, Onarato. He is very proud of himself, not of his service to his customers.

I'm not sure which location he works at but Randy fixed my tire in no time flat!!!(pun intended) Need more employees like him!! Ty Randy!!!
