AAA Southwest Metro

I’ve had AAA for years and everyone I’ve talked to has been so so friendly and helpful, and here was not exception. We went in to get an international drivers permit and it was super quick and easy. The woman was friendly, personable and thorough.

Ive been a member for decades and unfortunately the quality has diminished. Speaking specifically about jn person service at this location- definitely hit or miss- have had great service and have also been treated like Im an inconvenience for coming in. The fact that I cant call and speak to a person is annoying- so I have to come into the office- so we’re both inconvenienced I guess. Gone are the days of customer service- ironically the motto above the front desk is expect something more.

Used to be a free service to help you book plane flight or trip. Even with three memberships there's a phone to call to get help with booking flights. Almost as much of a pain is doing it online myself

I bought their roadside assistance online for $65 annually. They should make it more clear they only cover up to 7 miles of towing. They wanted $95 to tow my car the rest of the 12 miles which was mostly highway. For an additional 15 minutes of driving they wanted $95. It’s $65 a year for the service. Not worth it at all. I have roadside assistance through my insurance. I bought AAA after having a bad experience with my insurance provided roadside assistance. They charge $12 a year for up to 100 mile towing. I ended up using them instead of paying $95 to drive a total of 19 miles after already paying $65. I had a good experience this time with my insurance roadside. I will definitely not be renewing my service. What a rip off. This is Colorado. A lot of people live more than 7 miles away f

Very unhappy with my experience with this company. Dishonest practices for roadside assistance and poor customer service. Almost impossible to cancel membership once you join.
