AAA South Dennis

My only complaint is that I can't give these folks 6 stars. Staffed by a group of friendly (and very) helpful women, the AAA is soooo much better than the RMV for getting licenses. They give you an appointment, tell you what to being,and give you any forms you need. They take the pictures and even let you request a better shot if you want. When you get to be a geezer like me you have to renew your license in person the AAA is where ya want to do that! Oh and they can help you get a passport and they can give you driving lessons. I think I may be in love!

Bought a new car and went to the Dennis office to update the insurance, the same way as I've done for the past 20 years. After waiting 10 minutes to check in, I was told I could speak to an agent only after making an appointment. (This was not a change in policy they insisted.) I could come back in three hours or tomorrow. Why have an office if it's going to be short staffed and unaccommodating?

Terrible experience. I called AAA around 11:20pm last night for a tow service and now is 6:21am and I’m still waiting for the tow. I called and was told that no driver accepted the call. Whats the point of having a roadside service and don’t get the service when needed.

Quick. Convenient. Resourceful and friendly. Get your Real ID here...Not at the DMV!! NO LINES.

Friendly, helpful, and fast service. Was able to get an international driving permit in about 20 minutes. Staying was great on a Friday afternoon. Many customers were being helped.
