Exceptional Service from Scott and His Team While the automated system left a lot to be desired, Scott more than made up for it. I had questions on behalf of one of my clients, and Scott was respectful, polite, kind, informative, and gracious throughout our conversation. I called yesterday April 15 just asking a question. Due to being a military family I called our triple A here asking if were able to pay our car registration here even if our car is from another state.. just a MERE question. The gentleman I got was extremely rude, CUT ME OFF and just told me no and basically hung up. Like, I’m sorry I asked him a stupid question I guess. But the way he wasn’t welcoming and cut me off was wrong and disappointing in a company I’ve been with since 2019.
I had a flat tire. I called AAA and they sent someone out to help me. Mike was there within 30 minutes even though I was told it may be an hour. Mike was great! He was quick at changing my tire. He also kept me safe from traffic as it was a busy road. He held a very pleasant conversation and whwn it was time for me to leave he helped me back up into traffic. Great experience and cant say enough good things and Mike!
Long time AAA member and gift giver. No problem with towing service. Greeters at Somersworth very friendly “specialists” on the other hand on two separate occasions cold and short. Never had this problem anywhere else. Disappointing
I am so unimpressed with AAA's lack of motivation when it comes to auto claims. My brand new car was hot a few months ago and I had to call then every day for updates. This week I got a significant crack in my windshield. Called yesterday, they said you'll hear from someone in 5 minutes. 3 hours later I followed up because no one called me. And now, 19 hours later no call. I would not recommend their insurance to anyone.
