This is the second time we received help from AAA Royersford for travel planning. Currently for a trip to Key West by Lysa A and prior for a cruise planned with Terri C. Both agents are patient as they plan for the best experience as talented professionals AND with care for their members. Highly recommend esp these two agents!! Thank you Lysa and Terri and for AAA to have great professionals!

Everyone was happy to see us! The temperature was quite pleasant and the chairs are comfortable. Our Agent was super friendly and very knowledgeable, and took her time explaining our options. Except, we were there twice as long as expected…and it tested my patience. There was some trouble with the paperwork. But, I shall go back… Good things are worth waiting for.

I am an AAA member and have been for years. I went to transfer a car title, and I accidentally had the wrong information. The person who notarized it went on vacation for 2 weeks. Went back in yesterday to have it updated because we went in about 12 days ago, and they said only the original person who notarized it could update it. The notary said that she couldnt update it and we needed a new title. I think its really bad when we had to wait 2 weeks for her to get back and update this when we were told the wrong information at AAA. I will go ANYWHERE else other than this place. Side note: I use a walker. Initially the notary said something like "wow do you even need to use that, you are moving so quickly." I didnt say anything because you can clearly see I have had two knee operat

I have always used this location for fingerprints and have always been in and out in 15mins. I made my appointment and, through my own mistake, made it for the wrong location. I thought no worries, the place is empty and it’s still 30mins before close so I can do a walk in. It’s not posted anywhere but they don’t take walk ins past a certain time, but they didn’t specify a time. They weren’t rude, but to turn someone away for a 15min appointment when there are no customers in the building seems ridiculous if policies aren’t posted anywhere.

Called to ask if they accept registration plates (needed to surrender plate after donating car) and was told they do. Then drove there to be told that the two people there couldn’t do it because they aren’t certified. Seems like something that should have been covered during the phone call so I wouldn’t waste my time.
