AAA Roseville South Branch

EXCELLENT customer service from the staff at the DMV counter. Needed to renew my car registration and it was easy peasy!! All taken care of within 15 minutes. SO much better than the DMV government website.

I had a horrible experience with Cherie the travel planner. I have been a member with AAA for over 15 years. She was extremely rude to both me and my elderly mother. She was honestly rude to my mother first for pronouncing her name wrong on accident and then she just kept a very stuck up dry unprofessional attitude to where we ended up, leaving not even wanting to be assisted by her. I understand having bad days are normal, but it is her job to be professional and courteous, especially to other elderly citizens. . Would not recommend or go back and I hope she has the day she deserves

In and out in 10 mins. Needed a car registration done. Also, added a family member to the AAA roadside service. I was greeted on my way in and out. (5:30pm) Thank you!
