I needed an international drivers permit and dropped in my local AAA. What a pleasure. Cheryl, an agent on duty gave me the forms, explained everything, took my photos and before I knew it I had the permit. We went for international drivers permits. We received quick, friendly service, and we walked out with the permits in short order.
Book an appointment with an agent online drove 20 minutes only to find out agent wasn't there I wait 5or 10 minutes women comes over tells me agent has been sick and will not be coming in an other agent is booked . Waste of my time someone could have emailed me or called . Do better AAA very unhappy will not go back to this office. Also after I'm driving home, they try to get me to come back hours later for other agent.very disappointed
