My wife signed up for an unlimited plan. I used the towing service twice, and when I went to use it a third time, I was informed that I would have to pay $125 plus $5 for miles. But isn't the plan supposed to be unlimited? Yesterday, December 3rd, my car got stuck in the snow on a driveway, and I was told they couldn't help because the tow truck's cable was too short to reach my car. I had to pay a private tow truck, which pulled my car out easily. I noticed that all complaints are answered with a message of regret. We don't want regrets; we want to be treated professionally. They sold us an unlimited plan that isn't unlimited. This should be a crime. This is deception. We were cheated. We paid for an unlimited plan that we can only use twice, and then we have to pay for a tow truck plus m

**ETA the owner wants me to email them to "review what happened" No. I've told you what happened here. Look at the other reviews complaining about the manner of your desk clerks. Look at my other reviews for content. I don't give negative reviews. They are outrageously rude with your customers. If they are going to be public facing you need to work on customer service and attitude with them. This isn't a hard concept. From the second I walked in, the desk clerk seemed annoyed with me at best, angry at me at worst. I was standing in the spot indicated to wait to be seen and he snapped angrily at me asking if I needed help. There were about 3 other clients in the location, not crazy busy. He was asking me questions and seemed extremely annoyed that I didn't know the process. He was condes

I first called the branch ahead of time to ensure I didn't need an appointment or documentation. They assured me to just come in and they would help me. When I arrived the woman behind the counter (Liz) was rude and disrespectful. I let her know I called and just need paperwork reprinted from them for a week prior. I brought the old paperwork in but was missing a page. She took my card and had me wait about an hour for them to "process the line" another male counter employee also rude doubled down on making a premire cardholder for over 20 years wait instead of taking 2 minutes just to reprint paperwork I was requesting. The same paperwork they printed for me 10 days prior. Do not do business with this branch. 4 employees behind the counter and 1 woman with a headset on doing nothing. The

This location lacks professionalism, etiquette, people and reslolution skills. I had the worst experience this evening spending almost 1 hour on the phone with a determined worker on a mission to be right; over a simple question regarding a bill we received. After what felt like hours of her continuing her aggressive personality I finally ask to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for a very long time, when I did finally speak to supervisor I was in more disbelief this person also lacking professional and again people skills, he had no idea what customer resolution meant. I finally just yes him to get off the phone as I already exceeded my entire week of telephone communications. I drove an hour to this specific location for my real ID. The first women doing the check in process was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. However , The lady Kathy and the one who did my ID photo were great !!!! 4 stars for those two. Zero for Ms. Grumpy pants who shall remain nameless.
