After reading the negative reviews, I couldn’t help but smile — they described my experience perfectly. This isn’t about the entire office, but about the female manager that so many people mention. I came from another state to finalize a car purchase and, not knowing all the local rules, asked a simple question. The clerk politely explained the situation, I immediately agreed to follow the rules, and that should have been the end of it. Instead, the manager stepped in, treated us like criminals, raised her voice, made threats, and refused to complete the transaction. I advise against going to this place; they don't understand anything about the work, especially the manager and the tall man who works in the car ownership transfer department. They have no experience in this type of work. They were extremely rude. After waiting for about 30 minutes, they told me, in a very rude manner, that our paperwork was incorrect. I immediately went to another place, and it only took 15 minutes, and they completed everything very politely.

The staff literally has the audacity to make threats and talk to you like you’re A criminal or something. And if you’re a minority to forget about going Going to this AAA in Robinson. They literally yell At you when you ask them a regular question and I’ve been trying to reach the manager, but they never call back because they know what it’s about. So just do yourself a favor and don’t go to the one in Robinson. And if the management team is seeing this, please reach out and let’s figure out what your staff’s problem is.

Visited AAA in Robinson, Pittsburgh, PA to obtain fingerprints necessary for clearances. What a pleasant visit. The environment was clean with lovely holiday music playing. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was easy to schedule my appointment and I was in and out!
