AAA Petaluma Branch

Most recent experience was almost as the DMV itself. Second in line for a simple DMV Registration payment, which takes 3 minutes. The wait time was over 27 minutes due to one open window taking a long time with a customer (casual talk, etc. no rush) and the other two windows closed (with 3 employees just sitting behind and chatting with each other). What could have been a simple 5 minutes was instead over 30 minutes. It comes down to the respecting someone’s time and being efficient. (Previous experience was better, so averaging at 3 stars, but this recent experience was definitely below that.)

I had never used the AAA services for DMV renewal and such and was amazingly impressed and thankful for their assistance. They were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with.

Open until 6 and they handle ally DMV needs!? I love my AAA membership

I have been a member for over 10 years. I really enjoy the perks of being a AAA member. I like coming to this branch because it’s convenient, Clean, and I always get the help that I need. The people working. There are often nice and helpful and help me get the information that I need. I like that you can do DMV services here as well, makes doing DMV stuff a lot less worse.

Very friendly staff. Nice to get in and out quickly when I only have simple things to do.
