There’s not enough good recognition in this world and more often people just focus on the negatives. In all honesty, I have been extremely pleased with my AAA Insurance agent by the name of Samantha Reddick. Samantha is known for getting back to me almost immediately regardless if I sent her an email or a voicemail. Samantha is definitely the benchmark standard of outstanding customer service. Thank you for everything you do and taking the time to explain things thoroughly without losing your patience with me. I know I could be a challenging customer.

My experience with AAA, their agents and customer service was not a pleasant one. If you have a question or need a policy change you are met with rudeness and miss information which was an all around headache. If loyality is given respect is the least that should be given in return. I cancelled my policies after almost three years because every year the cost would go up even with no tickets or accidents. I already cancelled my policy and switched to another company saving myself over $80 a month. I understand the valley has really bad drivers, but why should someone with no record or claims have to be taken advantage of, especially how I was.

My husband and I went to the AAA office on Greenway Road to book a Balkan Adventure trip. Deanna Hayes was excellent in navigating us through a very difficult booking and hammering it out with the tour company. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable she's also a very nice person.

We were greeted by a representative when we arrived. The waiting time for the passport photo was minimal. Friendly and courteous representatives.

Just came to say that there are really great and friendly people working here. Amando in particular has helped me with two vehicle title/registration services in the past six months. The most recent title transfer became a little complicated and required me going to the actual DMV, but thanks to Amando’s work, I was in and out there quickly with everything resolved. Much appreciated!
