AAA Old Saybrook

I just renewed my license and got a Real ID at the Old Saybrook, CT AAA location. I had such a wonderful experience! The woman was so kind and took me before my scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend renewing your license here. I was in and out in 10 minutes which beats waiting at the DMV!!

I've been here multiple times for license renewals and most recently for my Real ID. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. Additionally the staff has always been efficient with minimal wait times.

I went there to get my license renewed, and was in and out in under 15 minutes. The employees were friendly and professional, and it was a much better experience than going to the DMV.

This place is appalling. I had a 9 am apt. People started lining up at 855. They opened the door to let three people and left the rest of us standing outside in 25 degree weather. There was one old lady who was freezing and they told her to just go back and wait in her car even though they had customers in the store and a full crew behind the desk. They were just sitting there watching us for three minutes. Just insane.
