AAA North Reading

I have thought of AAA as a great company until now. I had got my son car insurance through them and they set us a company that had multiple complaints with a 1 star rating. The car insurance company stole my money that I paid in full canceled my sons car insurance without our knowledge. AAA asked me for proof of payment which I sent. They started to help me but then stopped returning any emails or calls because they eill help uou get insurance but after that any issues you are on your own. They also confirmed I paid and say there is nothing they can do that we need to deal with it. Not sure why they did not ask the insurance company proof of decline card. Be careful using AAA to help you get insurance because they don't do there research on who they choose. And they also don't take respons

Haven’t had this great of a customer service experience in YEARS. The woman who helped me (short blonde hair with glasses) went above and beyond to answer my RMV questions and make sure I had everything I needed to complete my transactions. Truly made the experience less stressful and cannot thank her enough.

Outstanding customer experience today at AAA in North Reading!! I needed to renew my license and upgrade to a RealID and the entire process could not have been any smoother! A grateful shout-out to Kevin and Amanda who got me in and out so efficiently so that I could get back to my office as soon as possible. They are knowledgeable, professional and provided me with great service with a smile!! The environment was clean and inviting and parking was a cinch in the large lot of the shopping center. Last but not least, I've been an AAA Member for so many years - and this is just one more perk that comes with membership! Thank you, AAA North Reading!

When I went in a few weeks ago to get a photo for the renewal of my passport it was quick, however, when I tried to do the renewal on line the photos were rejected because it stated that my face was too close to the camera. I’ve now been waiting on the phone to speak to someone about this situation, 1 hour and a half waiting, I even left a message 21/2 hours ago, no one has contacted me, I need to ask them questions about these photos, still on the line !!!

I just got to say this place was super easy to use and conveniently located. I used them for the rmv services to get my licence renewed and updated to the real id. Not only do they let you schedule online before hand they go far out to plan wise. They also are very courteous upon arrival. They greeted right when I entered the building. Once attended to, it only took 10 minutes. By far the fastest I've ever taken to complete any rmv related trips. If I can use them for any other services this will be the first place I would go to.
