AAA Middletown

Stay away from this location. I went into this branch for TSA Precheck. They tried to get the system to operate, but it was down. This took approximately 1/2 hour. They promised to contact me when the system was up. Never heard from them again. I received my credit card statement today; they billed me anyways. I had to spend time contesting the charge.

i wanted to thank the staff at this branch for helping me with my ezpass issues and taking the time to show me how to navigate through the website and find the issue. A++ above and beyond service.

My husband and I went to AAA in Middletown, RI to swap license plates on 2 cars. The manager and staff completed the swap quickly and efficiently. The follks at the Middletown branch are friendly and knowledgeable, the group is a model that other branches should aspire to. Yesterday (1/5/2026) my husband and I returned to AAA in Middletown to get transponders for our cars. The person who helped us was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. In our experience those traits apply to every employee at the Middletown AAA location. It's a pleasure doing business with this group.

AAA does so much more than tow cars. I needed a letter notarized that Middletown Town Hall refused to do, but AAA did very quickly and very simply. Thank for providing more services than our elected officials.
