Outstanding. Showed up for an IDP with nothing but my license (no photos or paperwork) and was still in and out in ten minutes. You’ll save yourself a bit of time if you print off the form on your own and fill it out in advance. And even more time if you bring your own passport photos. But doing it all there is only a bit more expensive (you pay extra for the photos) and time consuming so not a big deal either way. I went around 10:30am on a Wednesday.

I came here to obtain my international driving permit and was in and out within about 20 mins. The worker I got was named Manuel and he was very professional and informative. Place was clean inside and even had a seating area, I didn’t come with an appointment and was still able to get in and out easily during the hours of 3-4pm on a weekday.

I showed up shortly after opening to get an International Driver’s Permit, and they had the necessary forms available in store, with plenty of pens and clipboards. The line moved decently fast, and within 30 minutes I had the permit. They will take your photos here, or you can bring your own passport-sized ones if you have them.

I walked into this triple A near Lincoln Center and no one was on line .I stood there for a few minutes and a female employee at the Desk who was helping someone corrected me and politely stated I was standing on the wrong side. After standing on the correct part of the line I waited another 3 minutes when another desk agent called out if anyone had a appointment for DMV related issues. I didn't I just wanted info on Bermuda currency exchange. The desk agent called me and I asked the question. Without further info or looking into the matter she said no.
