AAA Los Gatos Branch

This location is clean and full of good staff that is kind, understanding and works with you to get your needs met. This is one of my favorite branches. The line isn’t usually too crazy and everyone is super friendly and will make sure they take good care of you. I came here to get my tags instead of the DMV and it’s completely worth it. Alyssa is amazing and wears many hats. 🤩

Went there for an out-of-state title transfer. No wait time for the scheduled appointment. Alan walked me through the entire process, was extremely helpful and patient. Everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely come back!

I removed a vehicle off my policy and had been getting a multi-car discount for two vehicles. Now my car insurance has increased by 8 dollars! You'd think that insuring fewer cars would cost less!! 😡

We bought a membership for help with registering my classic car in California, but they couldn't help in the local office (not their fault, but I would have liked clearer requirements for when they can/can't register a car). Then when I tried to cancel online, I wasn't allowed to I had to call. Then the phone IVR had no options to cancel and I got into IVR circles. I refuse to do business with a company that intentionally won't allow customers to leave.

I've been a AAA member for years and somehow didn't know they provided DMV services -- and boy did I need them, when I was in town for a brief visit and had to do an out-of-state title transfer with multiple complications! Alan was the rep who walked me through it and he couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring in a very stressful situation. Beyond grateful here: thank you for such great service!
