Always a pleasant experience going here. Everyone that works there that has helped us has been very kind, engaging to speak with, and helpful. I feel like we come here for car stuff, but always come out happy and feeling like we have new friends. Thank you for helping me register my little golden mustang and my sister’s convertible. You guys rock!

If there were 10 Stars on the rating scale I would have given 10 to Ms.Noreen C.Parks who works at the Northridge Branch of AAA. She helped me out with my DMV issues so beautifully well that she has changed my impression of AAA office dramatically from being a cold and unfriendly workplace to a warm, polite, helpful and customer friendly workplace. If only she's promoted as a manager you will see how customer service gets transformed for the better. I wish Ms. Noreen all the very best in her future career.

I love that we can conduct DMV services here. The only issue I had was the line was taking awhile and my legs started hurting, as I was there to renew my handicap placard. My knees started to buckle a bit as I was getting helped. It would've improved my experience if they had chairs to sit in while waiting in cases like this.

Just spent half hour, trying to get through to somebody for a simple question about my license plates and I got the automated system three times. I spoke to four different people. One of them cut out of me. It was ridiculous. I just had a simple question.

The employees here are as friendly and polite as you will encounter anywhere. They are knowledgeable and speak to you in a manner that makes you feel comfortable and accepted. There is so much that you can do at AAA and I always pay my registration here, saves me time from having to go to the DMV. You can use their website as well, it has everything they offer.
