This is a good AAA location,good knowledgeable sales staff. You will probabably have a short wait for DMV or other services 10-20 minutes. Great job by Patricia Martinez with her DMV customer service & DMV knowledge... 5 *****

Shoutout to Tracy Vigil at this location for giving me a great experience. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very well taken care of! I had an issue with getting a claim letter from my previous insurance provider to lower my rate and Tracy went ahead and handled it for me!

I had an awesome experience at this AAA branch! Shantel went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I didn’t feel like a number just getting pushed through a line and genuinely left happy knowing I have a go-to for DMV services!

Waited over an hour while the three ladies in the front just chatted. Hey I finally got acknowledged only because they were making sure I could pay with card so they could let someone go home. Not help anyone waiting, but so they could go home all while continuing to not help anyone. Delightful. Then the lady tells me 30 day permit will be a dollar without even knowing if that was true or not. It was not true. Apparently they just shout out wrong information.

Should rethink how they service people for DMV. Waited 3 hours for a 3 min renewal. They leverage people's time for a membership. Employee said after a 3 hour wait " do you want a membership" no " so you like waiting then". If a service is going to take significantly less time then others. Maybe see them first or have a wait time cap.
