Very disappointed that they are no longer in Ukiah. I used to go there instead of Ukiah DMV which takes all day if you have the time. I don't. Dropping AAA because they are just not viable anymore in Mendo County. Besides, my car insurance has a policy for $40 a year instead of their $130 a year. Bye bye .

My experience at Lakeport AAA consisted of a short wait (10-15 min. avg.) That wasn't bad. The staff was very nice and ready and willing 2 answer any and all questions, and I had a few, if that person didn't have an answer, they found someone that did. The whole experience was stress free, and I got all my inquiries answered. Everyone on the staff that I dealt with was great, they really made me feel that they cared, and all in all a good experience.
AAA Towing I love holding this card in my pocket. Just alittle secure feeling when out traveling. Lakeport CA office is the best!! Open till 6pm too, what service!
Recently changed my insurance to AAA. saved over $1000/year. People there are extremely polite.
