AAA Insurance - Pound Agency

I have been working with the Pound Agency for approximately eight months. All of my dealings with them have been very positive. Despite having pretty good rates with Progressive, we were able to realize enough savings (on auto and home) to easily make it worthwhile to make the switch to AAA with the Pound Agency. Switching insurance was a piece of cake, and it's been nicer working with real agents compared with Progressive's online portal. They are very quick to respond to all requests and are very helpful. Unfortunately, we got in our first accident in about 10 years and dealing with AAA was very smooth and quick. They also gave us a very fair settlement check for our totaled vehicle.
