AAA is literally the worst for homeowner's insurance. First time homeowner here. I was given proof of insurance, so I signed a mortgage. I was called after I purchased my home saying they "feel" my roof will leak, so I had 45 days to get my roof re-shingled. I found someone to put on a metal roof on within 45 days and communicated this with my agent, and recieved a check back for what I paid for 13 days after sending the invoice to the insurance agent. I was not given the full 45 days to fix the issue. My calls from them today have not been returned. First time homebuyers, go literally anywhere else if you don't want to be screwed over.
