Read the reviews, and I certainly can relate...been a member for 6 years, and these so called humans are the Rudest, Laziest, from Customer service, to sales so called humans, to the Supervisor! Erica in sales did not return calls, she needs to be put in her place, and reminded that she's there because of us. Also the girl answering the phone stated to me, basically, if you're not happy with us, there is State farm and Allstate, so thats what I did! TRY ALLSTATE THEY GAVE ME A BETTER RATE, WITH RENTERS INSURANCE AND AUTO!

So here’s a fun one — I got a flat tire literally in front of the AAA headquarters. You’d think that would be the safest place in America to break down, right? Wrong. Turns out my membership expired two months ago, so they basically shrugged and said, “Good luck out there.” I wasn’t asking for a miracle — just maybe a little help or the option to renew on the spot and, you know, not be stranded outside their front door like an unwanted guest at their own party.

AAA is the worst insurance company I've ever experienced. I was first told my policy price would not change for the life of my term (which sounded weird to me) I then paid for my insurance to be active and had insurance with them for a year, my price went up. They then canceled my insurance without ANY notification and I was fully paid on time. If I didn't pay on time they would blow my phone up with calls, but they secretly quietly just cancelled my insurance without even talking to me or a phone call, at all. They claimed they sent a "letter" I never got . They canceled it in November. I got in a hit an run accident In December. How convenient for them. This company doesn't deserve to be one. All of their employees are incompetent, you get info from one person, then completely different

Been AAA member for over 5 years. I come into the office to make a payment and they had me waiting for over 15 minutes while all the workers just walking around looking at us. Nobody working just sipping their coffee and going outside for smoke break .

Roadside assistance came out to the car. And kept repeating press on the gas turn the engine on press the gas press the gas turn it on turn it on this happened at least six times it was clearly not going to start. I go outside of the car and I look at the machine he's using and he said it is the alternator he then says go back in the car and start it again I said you just told me it's the alternator why would I try to start it again he said just try it again now hold down the gas pedal. I did not hold the gas pedal down. I thought this was very strange and then I became concerned later on that day that this man just instructed me to flood the engine. He then said we can tow you to any shop you want to go to but you have to call AAA first. Within two and a half minutes he's gone. I have to
