AAA Hackensack

Very pleased with the service. Tina helped me get an international license. She was very attentive. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They had the form on site and took a picture for me.

I understand that there is alot of back up today because of the cold temperatures so tows will be delayed. But we requested a tow at 11AM today and have been waiting over 4 hours with still no tow. We did have tracking though AAA that they send which said it was going to take about 3 hrs for the tow to arrive. Once the timer ran out we didnt receive the message that the tow is on the way with their into. We waited a while with no notification from AAA to keep us informed on whats going on. I had to call to receive any more information which was wait until 2:02pm which was another 30 mins and your tow should arrive. We waited, at 2:06 we called to get a new update. We were told to wait another 10 mins until we can get in contact with the tow dispatch. We waited did get a call back but now

AAA Technician J090-Alvaro A had me waiting over two hours for a tow ask for a proof of payment. I showed it and he still refused to tow my car and says my order has been cancelled and drove away. I hope him AAA looks into and he finds a jobs he actually likes and doesn’t take his bad days out others. I just want to add that AAA did inform me drivers have gotten in trouble for towing a car from a shop and someone was trying to skip out on the bill. It has to be a better policy put in place.

Do not go here for TSA precheck appointments. They are not adept at this process and turned me away 2 days in a row stating problems with the TSA website. I went the same day to the TSA precheck processing site in ENGLEWOOD and they processed my application in 10 minutes without an appointment. They stated the website was working fine.

Fast and efficient staff. Very friendly. Got my international lisence and it was very inexpensive and picture was done at the location for free.
