Baker showed up way quicker than I was expecting. I think about 30 minutes from my call to AAA! Super nice guy. Took my car to the mechanic of my choice and even told me it’s the good spot. Then drove me to a hotel. Super easy going. Much appreciated this service.

In this day and age of automated customer service most of us (me included) dread those calls as we dread grim death. I can say with all honesty AAA is one of the most pain free customer service lines in the game. It doesn't require an act of God to reach the appropriate human being. And when you do, they are extremely helpful. I had to engage these folks twice today (the two times part was on me, not them). Both calls, very professional. Unfortunately I didn't write down the name of my first representative but my second interaction was with Marnesha Bryant. I really wish I had that first gals name because they both deserve this praise. Thank you both, so much 💖

Knowledgeable and attentive staff, friendly service, worth the price of membership to assist with DMV services!!! In-person or over the phone, their staff does what they can to assist you.

Highly recommend the Eureka AAA office!!! The folks there were super helpful and friendly, and made registering our vehicle quick and easy. Luis at the front desk remembered us from the phone the day before and got us in with a representative in just a few minutes. Our rep Gina had a great sense of humor and was patient with us when we messed up the form. While the wait for a DMV appointment was over a month, we were able to walk in and get our California plates right away at the Eureka AAA office. Great people, great service!

We were with AAA for well over a decade, had all forms of insurance through them: Home, life, car, etc. This year they have decided to drop us because they decided our roof was "too old". We provided them with pictures of our roof along with an inspection report from a certified roofer saying it still had 5-7 years left. They denied our appeal anyway and refused to provide us with a written explanation as to why our appeal was being denied.
