AAA El Monte Insurance Sales

Was in and out in less than 7 minutes and it was 30 minutes before closing. Paid my registration and got my sticker. Was small but very professional and courteous. Was a bit difficult to find even with Google maps because it is located inside the dealership, but hopefully I can change all that.

Sheeesh! I hate to leave negative reviews, but with a little extra time on my hand and bad experience #2 I have to share, as a fair warning to anyone planning to visit the AAA El Monte branch. On my previous visit, I saw AAA offers notary services and thought so cool and convenient I’ll try it next time. Called the branch this morning to ask if appts are needed or walk ins are welcome and the lady just noted that they’re available except between the hours of 12pm-2pm (lunch time). So I eagerly go in slightly after 9am on this beautiful Wednesday (5/08) morning to get a document notarized. One of the front desk lady was able to help immediately, but upon reviewing the package, she mentioned that spaces cannot be completely blank. Service was quick without issues renewal of membership was quick. They advice for possible reductions in other services. Was not necessary, because of renewed and too much others. Highly, recommend it have 2 other individuals in my account, for 200 mile combined tow they've used them a couple of times.

Got there 30 minutes before closing on a Tuesday, no one was waiting in line for the AAA department; workers helped me at the desk within few minutes before seeing me to someone else for an insurance quote. Im 34 year old single male, California driver for 16 years, no tickets or speeding or violations, clean record, old AAA customer, 2015 Toyota Prius, less than 18,000 miles a year driver: they got me a quote just little over $65 under $75 each month $15,000/$30,000 bodily injury coverage $5000 property damage coverage. Forgot to ask about AAA tow or road assistance extras though; but the road side assistance ended up coming included with their service no extra charge. Best service quote I may of got in 16 years of driving. I would of given 5 stars if the guy would asked me about road

The service desk woman was rude and disrespectful to my fiance when she asked for a chair to sit down on(my fiance is diabled). I will never advise anyone to look for car insurance here, also because she quoted us a Higher price based on questions that were never asked. Basically, she lied on forms to achieve a higher quote!!!
