AAA Danbury

I visited the Danbury office to pick up an EZ Pass. I was unfamiliar with the whole set up and had a lot of questions. I was lucky to have Bill W to help me. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and told me things I didn’t even know I had with my Gold membership. I highly recommend going to this establishment.

Incredibly friendly and dedicated customer service. When my car broke down over the weekend, Chris made sure I was safe and had a place to stay. He even helped me make phone calls to different hotels when my phone died. The next day, AJ helped me make as many phone calls as I needed to find a repair shop, even when everything seemed to be closed. Afterwards AJ towed my car to the shop and now I am home safe. Can't thank him and everyone at AAA enough for helping me in a time of need so far away form home.

Maryann the assistant manager is amazing she went above and beyond. She helped with a TSA precheck and was do helpful on passports as well. This the triple A office i will make my branch for all triple A. They also have a fullstaffed travel agent.

Just left this establishment and will not be back. Incredibly rude workers especially Lisa. There are plenty of other triple AAA’s you can go to and get better service. I would have rather gone to the DMV because at least I know I would be getting an attitude there.

Passport renewed, made appointment we were out in 25 minutes!!! Awesome staff!
