I just wanted to take a moment to share that I walked into this location right before close and Emily’s customer service was pleasantly surprising. She made the process of what I needed done seamless , with a smile on her face and laughing with me. I didn’t expect that so late in the day. She’s a gem!

100/10! I worked with Kayla Alicea for my car and homeowners insurance after I was referred by my coworker. Kayla not only saved me thousands per year but she took the time to explain each coverage in full detail. Not a single agent over the last 20 years has taken the time to explain my coverage to me. I appreciate Kayla tremendously and cannot thank her enough. She is a true gem and has an amazing attitude. She made me feel like family.

We received exceptional service from Clarence for both our home and auto insurance policies. He was thorough, kind, respectful and educational throughout the entire process.
