Wish, I had the ability to give 0 stars. I placed a tow request August 14th, 11:45p for my disabled vehicle on I-275 S coming from Tampa, Florida. I waited over 9 hours for a physical tow truck to arrive to assist me. I understand overnight tows are a bit more difficult but 9 hours is absolutely absurd. I spoke to at least 10 different customer service representatives, 5 different tow companies you all "dispatched" just to still be abandoned on the highway until 9am. I had to call 14 different times to speak with someone, not once did AAA call me first to update me or check on my wellbeing. You all typed my location wrong numerous times despite confirming with me over 10 times where I was. AAA are horrible people, with customer service as your lowest priority.

AAA is a waste of money and does not actually care for customers. It's basically a giant call center. Use the direct dealers services if they offer them. I called about a battery and the technician called on the way and talked me into a tow without even seeing the vehicle. Then they would not service the car because I left, being 9 months pregnant with 2 other kids with me. My husband was on site with one of the kids and they would not help. Not worth it. Its better to deal with a local service with a more personable and understanding team and service. OH and they auto-renewed my membership literally 9 days before this happened without giving me ANY notice!!

Poor experience and customer service!!! You sent someone out that was supposed to arrive at 8:37. They didn't arrive till 9:37 without a battery. Then they told the dispatcher and everyone else that we declined the battery because of the price which was a lie. He told us he didn't have a battery for my vehicle! No one asked about a price. How can we ask about a price for a battery he claimed he didn't have? A waste of time. A waste of a call and service, now here we are calling AAA again the next morning for something that was supposed to be completed the night before such of an inconvenience.

I called yesterday ( 07/21/2025 ) for a battery charging problem. The AAA guy came out and said I needed a new battery because the alternator was draining the battery. He also added I needed a new alternator because mine was bad. Now I had a new battery installed one year ago. This guy told me, according to AAA records the alternator needed to be replaced since last year when the new battery was put in. The problem is, the guy last year never mentioned I needed to replace the alternator. I spoke to the AAA escalation department and this guy, Ryan # 61922 told me that the tech is not supposed to tell me that my alternator was bad. Doesn't the tech have to diagnose the problem and let the customer know???? This guy, Ryan, have no idea what the proper procedure a tech has to do. This service

My recent AAA experience. They don’t just deserve 0 stars. They deserve a negative rating. Upon leaving dinner, my engine wouldn't start. So I called AAA around 8:40. I told them that I might need a jump and, if that was unsuccessful, I would require a tow. Expecting to wait a reasonable amount of time,xI sent the wife home with her mother (who had joined us for dinner). I was getting text updates ("Your driver is 10 minutes away. Please stay visible." "Your ride has been rescheduled. Your driver is 17 minutes away."). But the tow truck never arrived. As it has begun to rain, I moved over a little bit, keeping my car in sight. Around 11:30, I was notified that my driver was an hour out. 12:30 came and went. I was told that the driver would be there by 12:40, but that was also inaccurat
