After almost a decade with triple a im going to have to cancel. They told me this morning they don't cover stuck vehicles. I said well you'd tow it for other reasons you can't just tow it out of this stupid parking spot? She's like no somethings gotta be wrong with it and it has to be going somewhere else. So im on my way to disconnect the starter and call em back and have it towed as far away as I can and still be in range just to waste their gd time. And it's absolutely ridiculous that the only response they give is that 'this location didn't do it'. It's your company, and your policy. Duh..not removing my honest review of your company. It'll repost it for all your locations.
Donnie was able to quickly load my car onto the truck and tow it to my desired mechanic. He was Friendly and knowledgeable and even taught me a trick to use on my car.
Donnie was amazing - very helpful, knowledgeable and arrived quickly.
Andy did a great job helping us plan our trip to Canada and saved us a lot of money on International auto collision insurance.
Very helpful staff, I always get my international drivers license here.
