AAA Bethlehem Insurance and Member Services

I have AAA roadside assistance, auto insurance and renters insurance and the auto insurance is crap. I've been paying full coverage for my vehicles and in October someone ran a stop sign and hit me, their fault, and they never notified the other insurance company and is now only willing to pay half of the damage and I have to foot the rest. Why should I have to pay anything, it wasn't my fault and why have full coverage then?

Don't rely on AAA roadside! They will leave you stranded on the side of the highway at 1:30am with a newborn saying they can't find any tow trucks available. They will tell you to submit your receipt for reimbursement when they cancel your tow but don't tell you that you have to come in person to the office so they can FAX the original receipt since they are still stuck in the 1990's.

I’ve never had such a difficult time trying to get my fingerprints. I’ve done this at UPS so many times and never, ever had a problem at all. I’ve tried to make appointments, only to find the soonest would be one week from today; the process LITERALLY TAKES 5 minutes but they have no one to man the print station? Great… love having to drive 17 miles to get my prints. Who thought AAA was a good service provider for this oh-so-simple fingerprinting service? They can barely seem to staff the location to begin with.

I tried to get an IDP with a money order, but they said they didn't accept money orders even though it clearly says they do on the application, so I was out an additional $20. My wife was here 2 hours earlier and was able to get an IDP with a money order, and I told them this, but they still declined to take it. Glad I dropped my AAA membership years ago. Their customer service hasn't changed. Wouldn't have come here if they didn't have an exclusive deal with the government.

I swear I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before. I came here on a Monday morning for fingerprinting which is needed for a background check. My appointment was made weeks in advance for 9:50. I got to this location early and was told they were a little behind. The person running the fingerprints was named Jerry. He seemed to be not motivated and was wasting time on the phone. I was then told after waiting a half hour that their system was down and needed a reboot. Other customers were being turned away as they said they didn’t think they could get to them while in the meantime I’m waiting and no one was communicating anything with me while I’m waiting patiently. Finally after waiting an hour, I’m finally brought back and Jerry couldn’t even type in my information correctly
