AAA Bend Service Center

Almost all of my dozen or so service calls from this branch were handled well. In ‘22 I got a flat on 242, and it took 5 hours for them to somebody over to me. 1 because they initially thought I needed a tow when I just needed a tire swap And 2 because the company they commissioned to the job (trac towing) cancelled the job 3 hours after waiting for them. Forgot the drivers name, a 1 syllable name. Abbas arrived quickly and got the job done in 10 minutes I’ve always had good experiences with consolidated towing also Can’t be using a towing company if they’re gonna cancel on you after waiting 3 hours

This service center is great. I stopped in for some help with travel. They were very kind and helpful. They have an amazing travel store with anything you might need for domestic or international travel. Luggage, rfid proof wallets, travel pillows, outlet adapters, and maps. I had no idea we had such a useful resource for travel. They even do currency exchange! 5 stars!

I went in to get my passport photo and had a great surprise as it was only $5.00 verse the $14.00 other places in town. Staff were very friendly and made the process seamless. No waiting either! I was also pleasantly surprised to see a very nice space allocated to shopping for all my travel needs! Awesome! I will return just for that.

Needed to upgrade my membership. Called AAA, person I talked to knowledgeable polite and answered all my questions. One of the best calls I have ever had with a business. Thanks AAA, I don't sweat when I go on trips, if I have car problems, I call you, and everything gets taken care of 😊

This is for AAA Oregon/Idaho service as a whole: My AAA service was canceled without my knowledge. I didn’t get any email, mail or phone call. so when I needed my battery jumped, they told me my account was past due. After stating that I got no notification at all, she said o could reinstate with $13. After their system did not allow me to use any form of payment I had due to their technical issue, we got disconnected. when I called back I was told I was misquoted and had to pay $150!!! for something I did not do at all. I was told over and over they sent me things I never received. then when she got my info to send to the part of the company who is supposed to send that to me, they never got back to me. This is my second formal complaint for this company. just found out they are not BBB
