The other day we called for a tow. Our truck broke down, I was sick with the flu and needed to get home. We were on hold almost an hour before we got a tep. Then it was someone fairly new...we had to repeat almost everything 3 times, she must have been working from home as there was 1 or 3 little kids screaming in the back ground. This process took almost another 45 minutes.....finally after a total of 2 hours our truck was towed home.....5 blocks.
Clean, comfortable bed, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff quick to respond. Should have brought a swimsuit, the pool looked divine with snow predicted!
Super nice people . Satisfied all our traveling needs within 5 business days . Will go back and do recommend.
The driver was very nice and very helpful, didn't wait very long either, will call again
