I am very thankful for Rhonda at the Ashland AAA! I walked in and under 2 minutes she had my account fixed after another club messed it up and auto renewed, but it was supposed to be transferred last year. She was very kind and knew just what to do, especially after the 1-800 number didn’t know how to fix it! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Just went in to get AAA plus, the lady who helped me went above and beyond to help in any way she could! She was having problems with her printer ,she didn't let that phase her or her attitude. Aways kind and smiling. The other lady who wasn't working with me....not so much, she was having a tough day. I recommend going there ..
Was so sad to hear our local AAA office in Mt.Vernon Ohio had closed due to the Pandemic. However I would like to extend my joy in knowing that Ashland's AAA office has the same home town feeling I am so use to. Special Thank You to Jody who made my experience, exceptional and personal.
Very helpful when I called with questions about the offer I got for roadside assistance. Will definitely use this office when ready to apply for service
Easier to get through in Ashland...they sont like answering phones here!
