I have been in this location a number of times for different reasons. They handle applications for handicap parking placards. This time, it was for handling a title transfer. Livett was really nice and helpful. Got me set up with the right forms. Only waited a couple of minutes to see her. The lady who checked me in was also nice. Check out their cruise deals with Princess. Love Princess. Their Medallion they use for checking you in and off the ship and finding your friends, and everything is the best thing ever. They have lots of great maps for wherever you need.

It is the best having knowledgeable people doing DMV work at AAA. That makes all the difference. A special recognition for Liz who helped me today get my truck registered. She even came out to the vin check. I appreciate you!

I have been a member for 48 years. I'm 49. I have premier membership which I never use. I went in to see if the office did vin verification for the dmv. The girl in glasses was so rude. Although I showed her the fleet information on my fleet app for my car, she demanded that I have paperwork. I went to staples and printed out the documents. She looked at the documents and told me AAA doesn't do commercial vehilcles. I had to go to staples to print out the information I showed her from my fleet app to be told they don't do commercial vehicles..........

Not too busy on a Tue afternoon. I was in line and Rahael was asking for on time registrations only, but decided to help me with my non op. I've made changes to my address (etc) and she never lost her patience with me. Even her team helped out and they all made sure to have me fill out proper forms so that everything was in order. This is my first time in this office and I'm impressed with their service. Thank you for caring, Rahael. You're appreciated.

Open up at 8 at least!!! You cram up people with a short amount of hours! People have business to take care of early!!
