Called in to request a home owner’s insurance estimate, because my current home insurance is with Citizens and they were able to clearly explain the reasons why I should stay with Citizens. I might have to wait for some changes in the Florida law regarding homeowners insurance or until Citizens would let me go.

I was with them for years but I began to noticed their customer service declined. I would call them and they would promise to return your call but they never did. I had this experience with them for threr years So i decided to switch to another agent after being promised a phone call 5 times and yet no one called me back.

Nice customers service,good knowledge of what they do.Great with any kinda tax solutions. Have been with them for 5 years and theres no changing them.Will recommend them any day
