Good luck getting them on the phone to actually talk, and good luck getting a call back too. Do not recommend. Update: my husband called over ten times today, and never got anyone to answer, I called three times, and also never got an answer.

The owner needs to learn how to talk to people and quit interrupting his clients when they are speaking on the phone to office staff. When the client cancels their policy in writing and it is dated, common sense would tell you to cancel the policy from the date received and/or the date on the letter/email. It does not mean or give the office staff the right to then harrass the former client by calling and emailing them.

Staff is very nice and very efficient. They helped me get what I needed with amazing customer service.
