Jose helpme today , nice person , fast and he resolve my change policy today , great customer service , excellent and fast , in less that 20 min I have my policy change and print all my paperwork!! Thanks José you do a great job !!

This insurance company is a rip off!!! I got several quotes since last week way lower with no middle man! I have been with them almost 2 years out of convenience. My payment is always changing I pay almost $400 a month every 6 months to renew my monthly started at about $275 and now I’m paying $371 a month!!! I keep getting cancellation letters, THEY HAVE MY BANK INFO FOR AUTO PAY!!! So I’m being charged late fees.!! WTH!! DON’T SETTLE, take the time look for a good insurance company!!

Agent was rude because I called because I got message stating my insurance is cancelled and is not. I get this message every month. I will be moving my service elsewhere. Manager reach out

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces! The ladies here have great customer service. Aurelia was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions I had. Overall experience 5 stars. Will be recommending to my friends and family!
