Went in today only looking for a quote not really looking to purchase Ms. Ashley was the one that attended me today love the fact that she got up and greeted me made me feel very welcome. Had a very good customer service. I enjoyed my time and I did end up purchasing the policy. All three ladies were wonderful. I 100% recommend doing business with them.

Ashley C was beyond amazing today ! She went above and beyond to help me and also had top tier customer service. I will definitely be contacting the Ennis office going forward so that Ashley can assist me or any of my people needing coverage.

I only gave one star but they don't have a 0 star button. I have had the worst customer service ever in this ennis amax office . You never get what you need and they have no idea what they're doing. They are condescending and they laugh at you for them pissing you off. Get put on hold for over an hour have to call multiple times because they don't do the right thing ,they want you to do their jobs. A max really really sucks. Looking for a different company and will never use them again

First of let me elaborate on the experience I had with the best agent insurance I want to personally let a max an dfw know that Mrs Bella is the best an nothing less in the dfw area ,the lady gets you the best deals an discount an shows you that she cares an very concerned that you or please with her customer service an deals she has great personality an she get to know you on a personal level an helps you to feel comfortable in comfort zone with a max insurance there should be more people like her an trained by her at this location I rate it 10 an five stars!!!
