Having moved to Chicago from out of state, I was clueless about insurance companies and I didn't want to go with a big box company that offers cookie cutter insurance. I was referred to A&M Insurance and Mario was a delight to deal with. He explained all my options and put together a policy tailored to my needs. Since I got my policy I have called Mario a couple of times with some questions and it's so refreshing to talk to one person instead of calling someone in India.
Great insurance agents, very caring and thorough. Good price, great coverage.
The worst insurance agency! Never called or emailed to renew my policy, just canceled. When I called to find out was told the manger will need to call me back, never received the phone back.
