A & M Falero Insurance

This third party insurance office is the worst. The agent that was supposed to upload a letter for me to get a full refund on the policy that was cancelled not even 12hrs later, never uploaded it. Her name is Isis, she has a nasty attitude, she is very unhelpful, lacks communication, and is soley interested in her commission and not the customer in any regard. I have had to call this office over 10 times to follow up on getting my money back for now 2months, and I'm talking about $500 total. Everyone at the office says something different when you call, no one can give a definite answer on standard procedures. The service itself is horrible, the return policy is outdated and extremely inconvenient, especially since no one can give you a concrete answer. Avoid this insurance company at all

This people are very quick to charge you money for a policy, but when you want to cancel a policy because you found a better deal elsewhere, they start telling you they will call you back and unfortunately that never happens. We had to call progresive directly to cancel our policy because we called this A&M Falero Insurance for 3 days and their response was we will call you back and never did. Very bad business stay away!! this people only care about the commision they get from insurance companies. You are better off calling insurance companies yourselves.

Poor Customer Service! Quick to raise rates and not willing to help resolve or explain other options. Would not return, i did not feel like i was being dealt with as i should be. Very disappointed!!!!8(

Great customer service! The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.

Horrible customer service and lack of follow up with the customers. We have been waiting over 9 month to get an answer about our claim, and still waiting.
